Cadre
About
This French bistro operates with the kind of disciplined simplicity that defines Lyon's culinary tradition—clean technique, quality ingredients, no unnecessary flourish. The wine program reflects genuine French regionalism rather than predictable Bordeaux and Burgundy, offering opportunities to discover lesser-known producers and natural wine made by small growers. Service moves with purpose in a space designed for lingering over proper meals, the sort of place where Madison's dining community comes when they want France without irony.
